We are committed to continuing to share passion and knowledge for surgical infections. To this end, we invite you to join us in Barcelona this year, hoping to provide you with a most outstanding educational experience in SIS-E 2024!

We are happy to welcome all our colleagues, PhD students, residents, surgical researchers, infection prevention specialists or any professionals related to surgical infection to participate and contribute to our congress.

Our goal remains to present cutting-edge research on all kinds of surgical infections, focusing on implementing updated knowledge in everyday clinical practice. Moreover, in keeping up the effort to bring younger colleagues into the fold, we will host the SIS-E Olympics pre-congress workshop to present research, discuss and attempt to provide a rich educational experience for those above. Our programme will include lectures focused on highly discussed current topics, interactive sessions, forums and free paper sessions, aiming to highlight your research in the field.
