Delegate registration for the SIS-E 2019 Congress is open

SIS-E Registration Fees Include:

–          Attendance at all SIS-E sessions

–          Catering during session breaks and lunch

–          Welcome Reception on Wednesday 26 June

To join in on the fun that will be had at the conference dinner on Thursday 27  June, you can purchase a ticket on your registration form for €30.00 inclusive of VAT.

Note: All accepted presenter authors must be registered by 30 April 2019.

Registration Dates:

Early registration: 1 October 2018  – 10 April 2019

 Regular registration: 11 April – 27 June 2019

Terms and Conditions

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled before 26 March 2019 – 100% of the Congress fee is refundable
If cancelled from 26 March 2019 to 26 May 2019 – 50% of the Congress fee is refundable
No refunds are payable from 26 May 2019 onwards
All cancellations are subject to a €40 administrative fee
Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 90 days prior to booking date – a full refund is applicable
If cancelled after 90 days prior to booking date – cancellation fees will apply

Registration Substitution Policy:
Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a €10 administrative fee

Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the SIS-E 2019 Delegate Services Team at SIS-E@conferencepartners.ie  

Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the event.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
